am impressed - My feet always hurt. I am a
"mature", overweight lady whose feet have
always hurt in shoes even when I was a young, slim lady.
High heels came off quickly and sandals were my choice
whenever possible. I have begun to try to get more
exercise but: feet who just don't like shoes as well as
a slight issue with ingrown toenails at times, made each
shoe I tried never what I was looking for. I could
tolerate them, but was never really comfortable. I tried
the Gigaride W and have been quite impressed. I have
managed to wear crummy sandals for so long that I now
have issues with the ball of one foot and the heel of
the other. However, when I wear the Gigaride, I am
comfortable for the whole day. I have never been able to
say that about a shoe before. I really am pleased and
intend to get plenty more and highly recommend them.
Also, my foot is wide, yet the fit is great for me and
there is plenty of room in the toe box.

Your company has the most incredible customer service of any
company I have done business with in a long time. I ordered shoes for my
son on Thursday before Christmas (Monday). I was told that the earliest
you could get them here, due to the holiday, would be Wednesday of the
following week, which was fine. (My mistake for waiting so long to place
an order!) Your agent very kindly upgraded me to express shipping at NO
CHARGE and the shoes actually arrived on Tuesday, one day after Christmas,
rather than Wednesday. That was impressive enough, but the most amazing
part was when I called to say that need to return them for an exchange.
Not only did you offer free return shipping, but THE REPLACEMENT SHOE
ARRIVED JUST AS QUICKLY! I don't think you even had time to get the
original shoe back before you must have shipped out the replacement! Truly
awesome and AMAZING customer service, which is a rarity these days. I will
definitely be doing business with you in the future. Thank you, Tera A.
