Satisfying! I tried the ClimaCool shoes two years ago
before a half-marathon. I bought them the day before,
and didn't hesitate to wear them for the 13.1 mile run.
I didn't receive that first blister on my feet because
they were cool the entire time. I have a hard time
finding the ClimaCools in my area, so I was grateful to
find them on Zappos.com list! I have gotten many
compliments on my new shoes at the gym. So many people
want to know where I got them. The construction of the
shoe really is one of a kind! I ordered the shoes at 2
in the morning and received them 2 days later! I met the
UPS man at the door with as much enthusiasm as I do the
shoe salesman when I am out shopping! I was truly amazed
at the speedy service and the ease of ordering from your
website. Your return policy makes shoe shopping online

" We placed an order with
Zappos.com for the first time yesterday. My middle school son wanted a
skateboarding shoe with fun colors. On your web site, we discovered many,
many choices and made our selection. Our order was time stamped at 2:36 pm
MST. To our utter astonishment and disbelief, our doorbell rang before we
knew it with the shoe delivery! SO QUICK! We would have been very
satisfied with a week to 10 days delivery. Therefore, our expectations
were greatly exceeded. Further, I called your toll-free phone number to
register our compliment, and the customer service women I spoke with in
Nevada was well spoken, polite and personable. She shared my excitement
