I Got. Bought a pair of these in London while on
holiday. The pair of Adio that I'd worn over there was
killing my feet and I searched high & low for new
shoes while traveling the UK. Ended up paying
substantially more for them there than what Zappos
offers them for as they were imports and of course GBP
rather than When I saw them I immediately knew they
were the right ones and the excellent fit & comfort
only confirmed my initial impression once I'd tried them
on. Purchased in February of 2006 and have worn them
every day since. Nearly a year later and they're fairly
worn so it's time for some new kicks... Thinking of
ordering again! Two caveats: 1) The leather at the top
of the toe (slick not suede) is a multi-layer composite
which separated on mine to reveal unfinished grey
leather underneath; 2) the cushioning on inside of the
heel has worn away to the supporting interior
fabric/material, however, this only slightly affects the
comfort. Overall a great shoe - as previously stated,
I'm thinking of buying again!

ordered the wrong size, but still wanted the same shoe. I called your 800
customer number and was serviced by a nice man. He did an excellent job
helping me through what I thought to be a problem. He answered my every
question and shipped the right size shoe immediately. He also led me
through the return label portion of your web site. I have shared my
experience with your company with many people. It is companies like yours,
with customer awareness and their needs that will kill malls and store
front businesses. You have literally eliminated any reason for me not to
do business with Zappos. Again I thank you for your service and your
customer service department. I look forward to making additional online
