" Hello, I just received my daughter's shoes from you guys, and I
JUST ordered them on Monday night! I was a little discouraged after
searching the web and finding out that most children's Uggs are out of
stock. One of your representatives told me that I would be contacted by
email, if I had wanted, when my daughter's size in the Uggs came in from
the warehouse. I didn't expect to get an email hours later, and never
thought in a million years that I would have those little expensive boots
on my daughter's feet three days later! Needless to say, you guys are
fantastic. Every single representative is kind, caring, and so eager to
help. They even guide you in picking the correct size, and offer
suggestions on shoe care. I will now recommend Zappos.com to everyone I
