Beautiful and soft - Gorgeous shoes and, at least
wearing them around the house, quite comfortable. (I
haven't worn them outside yet, as we've had snow and
rain ever since they arrived and they're not going out
in that!) The quality of the suede made me feel as if
all the suede I'd seen before had just been an
imitation. The colors of both the suede and the leather
"mosaic" fit beautifully with my wardrobe,
which is one reason I decided to purchase these. My feet
are between narrow and medium width. I usually avoid
slip-ons, especially flats, because narrows are too
tight and mediums fall off my feet if there's no strap
or tie to hold them on. But the Icon reviews I'd read
indicated they ran a little narrow, so I decided to give
it a try - and was happy to find the same thing. The
medium width is just slightly too wide but doesn't fall
off, even with bare feet, and will hopefully fit better
when I have a chance to wear the shoes more. The only
fault I can find is that the arch support is not as good
as I was hoping; the wonderfully soft leather is just a
bit too soft to hold my fallen arches in place. I won't
be wearing these shoes to walk for miles in - not
because they're uncomfortable, but because my feet need
more support. But they'll be perfect for the office, and
many other occasions - once the weather dries up.
