Platform - Just got these today. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them!
They are comfortable, probably because the 4" heel
height includes a 3/4" platform, so they feel like
3 1/4". Slight padding in the foot bed is great as
well. I have the Weitzman "Garrison" boot,
which is nearly 5" with a tall platform, and I have
worn those multiple times for 10 hour workdays. I expect
these shoes will be the same. Plenty of overall support;
toe box high enough to support but not so high that it
hurts to bend foot. Fits just like my other Weitzman’s
-- although this is my first full shoe -- 1 boot and 2
clogs. Gorgeous dark navy suede (TRUE navy, not dark
royal claiming to be navy). Only complaint is that this
doesn't have any traction on the sole -- a true leather
dress shoe sole (the above boot and the "Sofursogood"
clog, also 4" heel, have some traction). Oh well.
Keeping them anyway!! Would have liked to try the same
style with the ankle strap, but out of my size.
