company that practices what you preach! I placed my order on 01/16/2007.
Later that day I received an e-mail about the train de-railing in your
area and that my shipment might be delayed. I was impressed that you
would take the time to give your customers this information. To my
surprise, today (01/17/2006), my package arrived! Thank you for the
great product and more importantly, the EXCELLENT customer service!

" Thank you for the incredible and prompt customer service. I ordered
a pair of shoes for my husband for Christmas that didn't arrive on time.
It turned out there was a problem with UPS. When I called to inform Zappos
of the problem and try to fix it everyone I spoke to was friendly and
apologetic. I greatly appreciated the way your agents were quick to jump
on the problem and do everything they could to fix the problem. The shoes
were shipped quickly and arrived when we got home from our Christmas
vacation. Then it turned out I ordered the wrong size...and the return
process couldn't be easier. They are shipping the correct shoes and the
other shoes are one their way back. Your company made what could have been
a complicated and miserable process (and is with many other companies)
into and easy and effortless process. Thank you for taking such good care
of us. You have gained Zappos customers for life and we will recommend you
