| It never fails that I am
always so pleased with Zappos. I fell in love with your site over 3
years ago and have yet to be at all disappointed to date. I have gone
through 2 boyfriends, 2 jobs and 2 new hairstyles since. However, I am
still super loyal to my fav shoe site. I even bought a pair of boots 5
months ago, wore them one time, then never again because they hurt my
feet. I finally pulled them out last week I called your toll free number
and explained my dilemma. Your representative was wonderful. I simply
ordered another pair and was told that if I needed to return the second
pair, no worries. I did return them, as they did not fit, either. I then
was issued a Zappos credit, ordered a pair of Skechers sandals, which I
LOVE! I then got a full refund on the second pair of boots. I cannot say
enough good things about your policies, staff and customer service.
Thank you for always being so reliable, willing to go the extra mile and
having every shoe that a girl could ever want. I love Zappos and will be
a long time customer for as long as I can. |

What
a Shoe!!! I did not chose this shoe for everyday wear. I
have had several occasions to wear them and they are
quite comfortable. There was very little break in time.
They fit well right out of the box. My intention was to
have a shoe to wear for dress with a suit and they fill
that need very well. Very quick delivery from Zappos,
and excellent service.

it was necessary to return one pair that was too small. I was delighted
with: - Your flexible return policy. - The ability to print off a return
address label from your Web site - The fact that the return shipping was
paid. - Receiving an e-mail message confirming my authorization to make
the return. - The e-mail message that I just received confirming that you
had received my return package and credited my credit card. I have seldom
received such great service when it was necessary to make a return. Most
online companies handle the sale fairly well, but a return is much more
difficult. You've gained a loyal customer. "
