with good arch support. I wear this shoe with orthotics
and it feels great. I used to run in mostly the Mizuno
Wave Rider, and this is another great shoe for people
looking for a neutral cushioned shoe. The mesh makes the
shoe pretty light and the overlays do no cause any
problems. I find the cushioning to be good for me (185
lbs).
