" To all of the Zappos employees who had a part in my order, Thank
You!! This is the first time I have ordered from you and I will again in
the future with out doubt. You have raised the bar on what Customer
Service is about. I placed my order Sunday night. Had the shoes in my hand
Tuesday evening. I had ordered the wrong size and returned them. Placed an
order for the same shoe in the correct size and they were in my hand
Wednesday afternoon. You exceeded my expectations by days. I would not
have expected to actually receive the first pair till today, Wednesday and
would not have expected the second pair to ship until the next day. Not at
9pm the day I reordered and especially would not have expected to have the
shipping upgraded to 1-day for free. Again thank you. You have earned
yourself a new long term customer and all of the word of mouth advertising
