| I recently needed a
couple of pairs of shoes in a big hurry for a special event, and I
remembered Zappos and your philosophy of exceeding the customer's
expectations. I went on the site, and I was amazed at how easily I found
exactly the kind of shoes I was seeking - despite the fact that I was
actually looking for a fairly unusual shoe (a black and white wingtip) -
in fact, I had multiple options! Good pricing, great selection and when
it came to setting up an account, buying the shoes and choosing a
shipping option - simple and fast. I just got my order and not only were
the shoes exactly as shown, I got them on schedule - and maybe a little
sooner than I expected. Congratulations on what is clearly a well
designed, well managed and admirably efficient service organization. I
look forward to visiting often! |

terrific - Another hit for Sesto Meucci! I am always
looking for flats (ankle issues) with a non-slip sole
and arch support and these are great. I ordered them in
the white/taupe (it is taupe, not beige) and if I could
think of a reason why I needed yet another pair of black
shoes I would get them in black as well. Of course, I
might come up with a reason....
