Dear ZAPPOS, WOW!!! You guys are incredible...I discovered you guys through my husband which works for UPS...and he said to me "I have been delivering tons of boxes from Zappos and I don't know what that company is about, but it must be good when everybody is ordering so much from them"...so of course I went online and next thing you know here I am ordering left and right...I have never in my life seen such quality in both service and product the times that I have contacted Zappos I get treated beyond great...Thank you for existing... I LOVE YOU ZAPPOS!!! Please don't make the mistake that companies make over and over again which is as soon as they get lots of business they boost up their prices and change everything around... everything about ZAPPOS is great!!! Funny story every time someone comes over to my house (which are usually the same people) I take out all my ZAPPOS shoes and show them off...I recommend you guys to everyone...word of mouth is the best advertising...I am ADDICTED to ZAPPOS.

My First Vans - I finally bought my first pair of Vans and am very pleased with them. I love my Converse low Chuck Taylors, but find them a little on the narrow side. Fortunately, the Vans are a bit wider and more comfortable. Not as cushy as a running shoe, but pretty good for a plain, low-profile shoe. I'd definitely buy another pair!

" I am a new customer of yours and would like to tell you a story that I will be re-telling for days to come. My son is 11 years old and lives for his Nintendo DS. I had ordered several pairs of shoes from your company -- 3 of the 9 pairs of shoes did not fit. I had to send them back. I packed up the boxes and shipped them off. A week and a half later I get a package from Zappos shoes; I think that it must be a mistake but I opened the box. What I found inside was my sons Nintendo DS. I was elated. I could not believe that someone in your company who Received the Nintendo sent it back. It made my Day and my son’s day and all the people I have told the story to. If you ever saw the movie Pay It Forward? No good deed should go unnoticed. You won me as a customer the first time I used your website but now you have me as your walking billboard.
